The job encompasses delivering the required parts and accessories to wholesale customers, sell additional parts to wholesale customers and contact potential new wholesale customers. Pick up parts from other Dealers and other parts suppliers as directed. Perform other designated duties as assigned.

**B. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Relations**
1. Greet parts customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
2. Offer appropriate advice on parts or accessories to wholesale customer inquiries during delivery.
3. Handle minor customer complaints and /or misunderstandings tactfully, promptly and with genuine concern for the customer's problem.
4. Refer to the parts manager customers with complaints that cannot be satisfied at the parts driver level.
5. Make every reasonable effort to make the parts purchase experience as pleasant as possible for the customer.
C. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Parts and Accessories Sales
1. Contact potential new wholesale customers and ask for business.

**D. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Administration**
1. Present invoices during parts delivery.
2. Collect payment from wholesale customers on COD.
3. Verify orders being picked to ensure correct quantities, part numbers and no damage.
4. Maintain a valid driver's license and inform management immediately of any changes in its status.
5. Maintain parts vehicle maintenance records and book in for service if required.
6. Arrive at work, take breaks and depart work at the times designated by management.
7. Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare or integrity of the dealership.
8. Inspecting returns and writing down the required information on the return slip.
9. Locating these returns if in a "C" or "B" bin location.
10. Maintain a clean and organized shipping department.

**E. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: Parts Picking, Delivery and Pick-up**
1. Assist in packing parts for wholesale orders.
2. Load wholesale parts in delivery vehicle.
3. Deliver parts as directed.
4. Pick up parts required by the dealership from other Dealers or parts wholesalers as directed.
5. Maintain a clean and presentable vehicle.
6. Have all parts picked, and ready for delivery before 9am each morning.
7. Deliver parts according to the fastest delivery route and organization, which includes using highways and ensuring that there are no unrequired stops along the way.
8. Separating stock order, special orders and checking off the daily order from mitsu Canada
9. Assisting Shipper Receiver in receiving and other duties in his absence.
10. Able to lift over 50Lbs.
