**Details**:

- Prepare and pack outgoing shipments according to company standards and customer requirements.
- Generate and process shipping documents, including bills of lading, packing lists, and shipping labels.
- Schedule and coordinate pick-up and delivery times with carriers and customers.
- Inspect outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity of contents.
- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Record discrepancies and communicate them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Safely operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of received goods in designated areas.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any variances.
- Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Ensure all products are handled and stored according to company and industry standards.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.
- Proven experience as a shipper/receiver or in a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency with warehouse management systems and software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; certification preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 80lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a warehouse setting.
