Love all things Italian and good coffee? La BOTTEGA Nicastro is opening a BRAND NEW market/cafe concept in the VIU 2 building. We will be offering select retail items along with a gourmet takeout cafe featuring sandwiches, salads, illy coffee, drinks, pastries and cookies. We are currently looking for a **MANAGER** to oversee our team and open the cafe.

You are energetic, passionate about food and customer service, like providing leadership, set the bar for excellence, act as an ambassador for La BOTTEGA, adhere to and enforce optimal health and safety standards and compliance, and maintain exemplary customer service.

We will be small team so every staff member will be cross trained to greet customers, stock retail, take orders at the cash, make coffee, sandwiches, package and serve customers. We are definitely a team

JOB REQUIREMENTS
- 2 or more years of management food retail experience
- Coffee/Barista experience required
- Interest in Italian food an asset
- English and French mandatory
- Be presentable and friendly
- You can hold your own in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- You’re good at leaving a positive and unforgettable impression
- Passion for good food and coffee in a fast casual environment

Must be available to work weekends and evenings (until 6pm)

**Salary**: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
