**Description**:
**This is a 3-month contract position - possibility to hire full time or extend contract**

**Responsibilities include**:

- Coach our current accounting clerk on upgrading our financial and accounting reports to meet our current and future needs.
- Must be extremely proficient with SAGE (Simple Comptable)
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies
- Find opportunities for improvements, propose solutions, and set up processes.
- Prepare special reports on an as needed basis

**Requirements**:

- 2-4 years’ experience in A/P or similar role
- Required post-secondary education in accounting
- Bilingual (French and English) both oral and written
- Strong data organization and Excel analytical skills (e.g., Pivot Table)
- Ability to work autonomously in a demanding environment
