As we continue to evolve, we seek therapists who embody compassion and a genuine love for their craft.

This position welcomes both in-person and virtual therapists, offering flexibility to accommodate individual preferences and needs.

Key Qualifications:

- Hold a minimum Master’s Degree in psychology or possess a minimum of 500+ Counselling Hours.
- Accumulate at least 2 years of hands-on experience working directly with clients.
- Exhibit strong report-writing and clinical record-keeping skills.
- Demonstrate proficiency in treating emotional, cognitive, and behavioral disorders.
- Showcase experience collaborating within a multi/interdisciplinary team.
- Previous experience with group therapy is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Actively participate in team conferences to collaboratively devise treatment plans, assess progress, and address any obstacles.
- Provide psychosocial insights and strategies to enhance overall treatment approaches in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Eligible for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario or the College of Registered Psychotherapists.
- Maintain personal insurance coverage.
