Qualifications

Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, or a related field
Licenses or certifications to practice as a Psychotherapist (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist)
Experience conducting individual and group therapy sessions
Knowledge of different therapeutic approaches and techniques
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Empathy and the ability to establish rapport with clients
Strong ethical standards and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Experience working with diverse populations
Understanding of mental health disorders and treatment strategies
Knowledge of counseling theories and evidence-based practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
