**VIP Meter Services ** provides expert advice and turn-key sub-metering services to clients. VIP's team has over four decades of combined experience in implementing sub-metering systems and is accredited by Measurement Canada to perform SE-04 inspections. We deliver quality results in a timely fashion, and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring our clients feel confident and secure as they pursue the benefits of sub-metering.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to promote and sell smart electrical, gas, water, and thermal meters to utility and sub-metering companies
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and regular follow-ups
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential business opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
Lead negotiations and close business deals
- Monitor and report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor activities

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field
- Knowledge of submetering and utility management systems a plus
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills to utilize while establishing and growing a successful team.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Outgoing personality with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to present effectively to clients.

The head office is in London, Ontario and travel within Canada will be required, therefore a valid driver's license and vehicle is required.

**Salary**: $100,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
