**Your Role and Responsibilities**
Join a dynamic team at IBM in a very hot market space. You will be leading the IBM Business Automation Workflow product direction, focused on defining and executing the roadmap for the future of workflow management.

What you'll do:

- Collaborate on the Workflow product strategy
- Work with a team of motivated Product Managers
- Become a leading technical SME for IBM Workflow capabilities
- Work with customers and our channel leaders to identify necessary improvements to existing functionality, as well as define new functionality to maximize customer adoption and business value with the product
- Work with development teams to define clear, accomplishable requirements for new functionality.
- Work with UI/UX design team assuring all functionality developed is easy to use and clearly articulates its value to customers
- Use a combination of customer data, market research and industry knowledge to prioritize new functionality into an aggressive roadmap that balances new functionality, strategic initiatives, improvements, and technical debt
- Maintain a current understanding of industry and technology trends

What you'll bring:

- A customer-centric focus on how to deliver business value with a keen understanding of the enterprise automation ecosystem
- Enjoy working with highly technical customers and team members
- A strong working knowledge of open-source products
- Active open-source community involvement
- Proven ability to work with development teams
- Proven ability to work with large enterprise customers

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- 2+ years of experience in product management
- 2+ years of experience in Workflow, Process Automation, or Work Management
- Demonstrated experience driving product ownership and growth
- Understanding of SaaS and hybrid cloud strategies
- Experience in Product Management with a technical/engineering background

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Experience in Agile Project Management
- Experience in Machine Learning
