**Job Brief**:
On behalf of the International Beauty Institute (IBI), we are currently searching for a full-time Admissions Advisor. This is a fully onsite role.

**The Role**:Admissions Advisor, Full-Time Permanent - Hamilton Campus**

**$50,000-$55,000/year**

**Position Summary**:
International Beauty Institute is currently looking for an Admissions Advisor at our North York and Hamilton campuses. We are seeking a positive, energetic, customer focused and results driven salesperson responsible for enrolling prospective students. We believe in guiding students to their desired career path with industry knowledge, enthusiasm and a commitment to student success.

**What You Will Be Doing Every Day**:

- Manage student leads and respond to inquiries
- Guide and encourage qualified students to enroll into suitable programs
- Guide prospective students through the process of admissions and registration
- Conducting tours for all prospective students that come for interviews.
- Maintaining the confidentiality of student information
- Meet/Exceed monthly goals and targets
- Book daily appointments for tours
- Create enrolment contracts for diplomas, certificates and workshops
- Create welcome letters and student enrolment letters for diplomas

**Your Experience**:

- 2 years of sales and customer service experience
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
- Engaging telephone skills and demeanor
- Ability to build rapport on the phone and in person
- Commitment to student success
- Strong self-discipline and the ability to work independently and with a team
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- High standards of ethics and integrity

**A few other things we’ll expect from you**:

- Comfort with 100% in office model
- Completion of secondary school
- Experience in the beauty or medical aesthetics space is a strong asset
- OSAP experience is a strong asset
