We're looking for a Launch Coordinator to join our Golf team in Toronto. As a member of the Launch Coordinator team, you will be the main point of contact for all new and existing customers during their post-sale onboarding journey. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the onboarding of new customers, such as scheduling customer orientation sessions, and ensuring that all new customers get up running in a timely manner.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Take an active role in the end-to-end onboarding process for new businesses, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition onto the software platform. This includes working closely with implementation consultants and customers to establish clear timelines, deliverables, and expectations.
- Act as a main point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, providing timely and effective communication, addressing inquiries, and resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Continuously monitor the progress of onboarding implementations, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure projects are on track and any potential risks or issues are identified and addressed proactively.
- Assisting in kick-off calls with customers to outline processes and manage customer expectations of the onboarding process.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers in onboarding to ensure their progression through the process.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of customer interactions across various internal tools in order to track follow-ups with customers, and ensure transparency across the department.
- Scheduling internal resources to complete project-related tasks, such as the hardware installation, starting the customer billing cycle, or setting up payment processing.

**What you need to bring**:
We're a team of 12 people located in North America. Our team is responsible for establishing early stage customer satisfaction and product adoption to ensure the success of our customers.
- 1+ years of experience in B2B environments, preferably in a solution-sales / technology-related environment.
- 1+ years of experience in project management.
- Knowledge of the golf industry.
- Strong people skills over the phone/prior experience with call handling.
- Degree in marketing or business, or an equivalent degree and/or experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Experience with HubSpot, ChurnZero, Salesforce (strong asset)
- Experience with ClickUp and Zendesk (asset)
