We're looking for a Launch Coordinator to join our Retail Onboarding Team team in Toronto. As a member of the Launch Coordinator team, you will be the main point of contact for all new and existing customers during their post-sale onboarding journey. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities associated with the onboarding of new customers, such as scheduling customer orientation sessions, and ensuring that all new customers get up running in a timely manner.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments to ensure our customers can achieve a quick time to value.
- Achieving individual and team KPI expectations related to the total number of onboarded customers and their time to value.
- Managing multiple queues including: inbound/outbound calls, multiple inboxes, and internal requests from other departments.
- Maintaining detailed documentation of customer and interdepartmental communication.
- Monitoring onboarding progress of our customers
- Adapting to evolving responsibilities and tackling new challenges

**What you need to bring**:
We're a team of 7 people located in North America and Asia. Our team is responsible for establishing early stage customer satisfaction and product adoption to ensure the success of our customers.
- 1+ years of experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent spoken and written English

**Even better if you have, but not necessary**:

- Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite.
- Experience with Salesforce, Zendesk, Slack and ChurnZero.
- Work Experience in the Retail industry.
