**Canadian National Railway Company (CN) is looking for a highly motivated person to fulfill a full-time (40h/week) Stagiaire Expériences et interfaces utilisateurs position in Montreal, QC**_ _**from May - August 2024.**

Job Summary

Major Responsibilities
- Support existing projects in collaboration with the Expert UX Researcher, Lead UX Designer, and UI Designer
- Conduct research and design
- Assist with workshop facilitation, including design workshops, feature roadmaps, and prioritize requirements
- Design low fidelity wireframes and explain the design’s rationale
- Understand how CN’s design system works and align wireframes to the Company’s standards
- Transfer mock up to developers
- Participate in evolving CN’s User Experience practice, considering industry standards and practices that lead toward interactive design and Design Thinking

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
- Solves problems to create value
- Ability to work with business clients to understand detailed requirements and User Experience Design that meet client needs and vision
- Understand the importance of user-centered design
- Fluently bilingual both written and verbal (English, French) with proficiency in English

Education
- Working toward a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer sciences or Software Engineering with a focus on Front-End Engineering and User Experience Design
- Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic and Visual design or equivalent training
- Master’s Degree in Human Computer Interaction or Cognitive Ergonomics *
- Any experience/education/skills/knowledge for these above would be considered as an asset
