Reporting to the Manager Lending Support, the Loan Support Officer II is responsible for promoting exceptional member relationships, products, services, and delivery in retail lending through the provision of loan maintenance, administration, and support, including Enterprise Content Management for retail loans.**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and process loan searches, securities, registrations, credit investigations, account histories, mortgage renewals, and discharges
- Perform second file checks on assigned loan files
- Verify, prepare, and remit payments for insurance premiums, members' property taxes, and prepaid government accounts
- Ensure all fees are collected for services provided
- Maintain and report on Federal and Provincial lending programs
- Administer syndicated loan files including set up and disbursement of syndicate loans as required
- Perform associated accounting functions related to syndicated portfolio
- Promote and support a relationship-based service environment
- Build relationships internally with management and staff
- Build relationships with syndicated loan partners

- Demonstrated analytical and numeric reasonability, with exceptional attention to detail, time management, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate integrity, confidentiality, and initiative
