What you’ll do:
Reporting to the Ag Solutions Division Manager, the Bulk Petroleum & Sales Manager will assist with the planning and day to day execution of petroleum operations in bulk delivery and Ag equip sales to meet or exceed budgeted goals and objectives and is responsible for providing leadership, direction and oversight to Petroleum and Ag Equip department staff.
- You will be responsible for building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions.
- You will be responsible for all aspects of operations including managing expenses, budgets, annual planning, procurement, customer contact, and goal setting.
- You will ensure all safety and environmental policies and procedures are followed and maintained.

Who you are:
You are looking for a career in Bulk petroleum and Sales and:

- You have a minimum of 5 years of Retail and/ Ag experience (a combination of relevant education and experience may be considered).
- Have or demonstrate the ability to obtain extensive experience and/or knowledge in Petroleum Operations and Ag Equipment with respect to sales.
- Must possess and maintain class 5 driver’s license. 1A license is considered an asset.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office and are able to manage computer files efficiently.
- You have the ability to identify key issues and creatively and strategically overcome internal challenges and/or obstacles.
- You are experienced with coaching and providing feedback to other team members.
- You have the ability to control operational costs, maximize operational efficiency, and improve sales and growth margin.
- You are flexible to work various hours and on-call as required.
- Maintain good physical condition, manual dexterity (lift 50 lbs.).
- You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
