Bookkeeper Part-time

Prepare and maintain financial records
- Prepare and issue monthly statements to account holders
- Prepare and submit business tax filings
- Analyze financial information
**Experience**:
- QuickBooks Online: + 3 years
- Bookkeeping: +5 years
**Work Location**: Hybrid remote in Hamilton (Flamborough), ON.
**Duties will include**:
- A/R - Posting of all sales transactions, recording income from monthly POS.
- Recording of deposit transactions and reconciling credit card transactions
- A/P - Obtaining authorization for purchases made and posting bills. Preparing e-payments for management authorization
- Payroll - Calculating hours and payroll processing through QuickBooks online
- Preparing employee forms such as ROE’s and T4’s
- Post journal entries and reconcile bank and credit card accounts.
- Prepare trial balance of books, maintain general ledgers and prepare financial statements.
- Complete and submit tax remittance forms, workers' compensation, GST and source deductions.

**Salary**: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
