SilverChef is looking for an Inside Sales Specialist - US Marketplace to join our growing Team This key role provides sales and customer service support as we start taking our first initial steps into the US Marketplace. As the first point of contact for manufacturers and customers looking to rent equipment from our U.S. Online Marketplace, you will actively follow up leads generated from our Online Marketplace website. The role comes with hands-on training, an amazing work environment, and growth opportunities with an extremely driven and high-energy group. More About the Role:

- Achieve monthly sales targets for financed equipment according to outlined sales schedule, on an individual and team level
- Respond promptly to incoming leads and inquiries via our website, call-ins, and referrals with the aim of closing each opportunity
- Build, maintain, and work a pipeline of potential business with the effective use of CRM systems to track and plan all customer interactions
- Ensures appropriate quality guidelines, SLA standards, financial objectives, phone and productivity KPIs are met. Maintains accurate records, and updates company systems as required
- Communicate with customers and leads directly by phone, wherever possible, to enhance the understanding of our products, terms, and conditions
- Provides knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful service by understanding the needs of both internal and external parties. Effectively resolves any issues and takes appropriate action
- Proactively form and manage relationships with Silverchef’s manufacturer and service partners to optimize collaboration, communication, and the promotion of our financial services
- Maintain an attitude of service when interacting with customers, always
- Provides support and training to fellow team members as required
- Communicates effectively with the team and across departments, regularly sharing any roadblocks, outcomes, or ideas

Skills to Thrill:

- 2 - 5 years Customer Service and/or Account Manager experience
- Sales oriented, and has the ability to work independently, as well as a member of a cohesive team
- A passion for identifying and boldly pursing new business opportunities
- Self-starter who thrives in an autonomous work environment where you are responsible for you own outcomes
- Experience working in the hospitality industry or directly with restaurant equipment is considered an asset
- Experience maintaining a sales pipeline or customer relationship management system used to drive sales results
- Strong business development and negotiation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- A positive mind-set and flexibility to adapt to fast paced / changing environments
- Sound computer literacy skills. Salesforce knowledge and experience considered an asset.
- High attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- An effective team player who is collaborative, energetic, and has strong integrity
