CNC Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented CNC Machine Operator to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in a dynamic and growing company. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Operate Automated Flat Bed CNC**: Efficiently manage and operate automated flat bed CNC machinery.
- **Beam Saw Operation**: Skillfully operate the beam saw to precisely cut cabinet components.
- **Component Scanning**: Accurately scan components into the dowel insertion machine
- **Assembly Preparation**: Prepare and scan components into the CNC dowel machine for assembly.
- **Maintain Work Area**: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of your work area to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.

Work Schedule:

- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation:

- **Pay Scale**: Compensation is performance-based, with pay scaled according to efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
