We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented worker to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in a dynamic and growing company. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- assist CNC operator with machining parts.
- assist edge band operator large parts
- assist with hardware installation
- assist assembly station when needed
- assist with finishing department when needed
- assist with loading trucks for shipping
- help keep the shop clean

Work Schedule:

- **Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Compensation:

- **Pay Scale**: Compensation is performance-based, with pay scaled according to efficiency and productivity.

Qualifications:

- Attendance is paramount
- No prior experience required; training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of quality.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and techniques.
