Nace Level 2 Paint Inspector

**Duties**:
- Perform quality inspections on products to ensure they meet company standards and customer specifications
- Use various tools and equipment, such as calipers and gauges, to measure dimensions and check for defects
- Analyze data collected during inspections to identify trends or areas for improvement
- Collaborate with production teams to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality control activities
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to ensure consistent quality throughout the manufacturing process
Qualifications:
- NACE Level 2 Certification.
- Previous experience in quality inspection or a related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to spot defects or inconsistencies
- Familiarity with quality control principles and practices
- Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and identify trends or patterns
- Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate inspection results
- Knowledge of fabricating processes and materials is a plus
- Understanding of quality management systems, including QA/QC and quality assurance processes
