**About the Role**:
As the IT Coordinator, you will be essential in maintaining and enhancing our technology infrastructure. Your role will involve developing IT strategies, managing systems and support, ensuring data security, and leading IT projects. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional service and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **IT Strategy & Planning**: Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with our organizational goals. Stay updated on industry trends and technology advancements.
- **System Management & Support**: Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems. Provide technical support and training to staff. Assist with the configuration of the TEAMS platform.
- **Data Security & Compliance**: Implement security measures to protect sensitive information and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Manage disaster recovery and backup plans, including emergency preparedness and actions to support the pharmacy group in the event of disruption.
- **Vendor & Budget Management**: Handle relationships with IT vendors, manage the IT budget, and recommend technology investments.
- **Project Management**: Lead IT projects, including system upgrades and new software implementations. Ensure timely and budget-conscious project delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree or certifications like ITIL, PMP are a plus.
- **Experience**: At least 5 years in IT coordination, with experience in a healthcare or pharmacy setting preferred.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in network management, cybersecurity, and operating systems. Experience with pharmacy management and point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: Up to $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
