**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Assist in the testing phase of new implementations, including system testing, user acceptance testing, and integration testing.
- Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Execute test cases and document test results, identifying and reporting any issues or defects.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
- Provide support and training to end-users during the implementation phase.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in hospitals/ healthcare is a plus.
- Experience with the testing phase of software implementations, including test planning, test execution, and defect tracking.
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and workflows, with exposure to other healthcare technologies is a plus.
- Proficiency in creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Duration**:
8-Month Term

Contract length: 8 months

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- quality assurance/testing: 3 years (preferred)
