We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager who is passionate about delivering high-quality software solutions. As a Project Manager at Flighthub, you will play a key role in understanding business stakeholder needs, writing specs, tracking project progress, and providing regular status updates to the Senior Director of Content Integration.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and proposed software development projects.
- Write clear, concise, and accurate specs to align software development solutions with stakeholder objectives.
- Maintain diligent oversight of project progress, identifying potential or actual blockers that could slow down progress, and taking timely corrective action.
- Utilize available tracking tools to keep them up-to-date and well-organized, ensuring all relevant information is easily accessible.
- Provide daily status reports on project progress to the VP, Technical Delivery.
- Stay proactive and vigilant in preventing scope creep caused by additional stakeholder requests, ensuring that any proposed changes are properly evaluated, documented, and approved before being implemented.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in software development or project management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work successfully with diverse stakeholders.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un gestionnaire de projet proactif et soucieux du détail, passionné par la livraison de solutions logicielles de haute qualité. En tant que gestionnaire de projet chez Flighthub, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la compréhension des besoins des parties prenantes de l'entreprise, la rédaction des spécifications, le suivi de l'avancement du projet et la fourniture de mises à jour régulières de l'état d'avancement au directeur principal de l'intégration de contenu.

Responsabilités:

- Collaborer étroitement avec les parties prenantes de l'entreprise pour comprendre leurs besoins et les projets de développement logiciel proposés.
- Rédiger des spécifications claires, concises et précises afin d'aligner les solutions de développement logiciel sur les objectifs des parties prenantes.
- Superviser avec diligence l'avancement des projets, en identifiant les obstacles potentiels ou réels susceptibles de ralentir la progression, et en prenant des mesures correctives en temps utile.
- Utiliser les outils de suivi disponibles pour les tenir à jour et bien organisés, en veillant à ce que toutes les informations pertinentes soient facilement accessibles.
- Fournir des rapports quotidiens sur l'état d'avancement du projet au vice-président de la livraison technique.

Exigences:

- Baccalauréat en informatique, en TI ou dans un domaine connexe.
- 2 à 3 ans d'expérience dans le développement de logiciels ou la gestion de projets.
- Solides compétences en matière de communication et de relations interpersonnelles, avec la capacité de travailler avec succès avec diverses parties
