- Preparing mise en place as needed for prep cooks.
- Restocking fridges for the lunch service.
- Writing basic prep/order lists based on the end of night line stock.
- Assist in receiving and organizing orders in a timely manner
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintaining a clean and food safe work environment.
- Handling multiple food orders at one time.
- Daily and weekly cleaning duties, including assisting dishwashers
Up to date food handler certification. At least 2 years back of house experience. Acute knowledge of food handling practice and safe food handling procedure. Confidence in cooking proteins. Experienced cooks are preferred for this position.
Must be based in Canada.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 - 44 per week
Pay: $18.00 per hour
