**How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?**

The main objective and purpose of this position is to aid in streamlining and finding efficiencies within the Process and Pipeline Operations team. This includes engagement in commercial quality, safety and training related activities, while also coaching and developing their team.
- **Data Analysis**:Compile operational data and key performance indicators (KPIs) including pre and post job data, field paperwork improvements, etc. to help make informed decisions and drive improvements including sustainability initiatives.
- **Customer Satisfaction**:Working with PPS sales team to monitor customer feedback and complaints, taking necessary actions to address issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting**:Prepare regular reports for senior management, detailing operational performance, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Training**:Conduct at base training and record keeping for all new PPS Operators when it comes to field level duties. Confers with PPS Field leadership to ensure appropriate sign offs and evaluation of PPS operators.
- **Ensures coaching and team development**:Provides training and coaching for the members of the team to ensure that objectives are attained. Develops technical training plans for the group concerned and sees that they are implemented. Conducts performance reviews of the team members and is responsible for providing feedback.
- **Monthly Base Inspections**:Conducts (or assigns) monthly base inspections with findings reported during monthly safety meetings.
- **Monthly Safety Meetings**:Works with PPS Operations Manager to create a monthly safety meeting with PPS relevant information.
- **HSE Champion**:Including on site safety watch, toolbox talks, BSVs, customer safety meetings. Backfill Operations Coordinator when required.
- **Contractor Management**:Constant evaluation, in conjunction PPS Field Team, to evaluate PPS field contractor’s skill sets, strengths, weaknesses and dependability.

**Are you a MATCH?**
- **Education**:Post-secondary school diploma
- **Specialized knowledge**:Process and Pipeline mechanical equipment, dangerous materials regulations, WHMIS, safety rules and procedures, computerized systems, Google Suite
- **Experience**:2-3 years of supervisory / training experience
