Since we operate inside a healthcare facility, health clearance is required before joining our team. Part of that health clearance process is providing proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 or providing a documented exemption to be approved by Hamilton Health Sciences.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellence in customer service by welcoming our customers in a warm and friendly manner, sharing product knowledge with them, developing partnerships with our regular customers
- Handles food including preparing food items and utilizing safe food handling practices
- Works with the sales team to be part of an efficient, motivated and cohesive team
- Makes helping the customers with their buying decisions the top priority
- Must be able to work the hours they are hired for
**Qualifications**:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated
- Able to maintain a positive attitude and team atmosphere in the shop
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous food sales experience preferred
- Food Handler's Certification (we will pay for the course itself if you do not have this)
