ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are seeking a highly skilled VP of Operations to join our dynamic civil company specializing in bridge building. As a key member of our team, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensure optimal financial growth, and play a critical role in the planning and execution of numerous exciting projects. Join us in shaping the future of bridge building ABOUT THE POSITION The Vice President holds the pivotal responsibility of managing the bridge construction company and CSA precast plant, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and financial growth Overseeing the day-to-day operations of multiple projects under their purview, they prioritize the financial well-being of each undertaking As a key decision-maker, you are accountable for the recruitment of managers, creating comprehensive contracts, and liaising with officials to ensure optimal project development. With a keen eye for design and construction, you will be playing an integral role in the planning and execution of projects. You will be providing oversight and guidance to the management team, ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly. You will take charge of creating and managing budgets to maintain fiscal discipline and ensure that each project meets or exceeds expectations.
