**Type of position**: Regular
An overview of your future role at BBA
Client satisfaction management
Manage and improve the client satisfaction survey process
Speak with clients to better understand their needs and meet their expectations
Suggest and implement new ways of getting feedback from clients
Quality system data management
Constantly monitor the quality, integrity and accuracy of master data under the department’s responsibility
Analyze trends associated with quality measurement indicators and present conclusions, recommended actions and suggested follow-ups
Draft the monthly report with the Quality team
Continuous improvement
Guide project teams in analyzing root causes and corrective actions associated with quality issues (problem-solving)
Plan, coordinate and facilitate various improvement activities
Actively promote quality and continuous improvement within the firm
Actively support the organization in its growth, expansion and transformation

Overview of certifications and job requirements
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, or any other relevant field
From three to five years of relevant experience
Knowledge of quality management concepts, tools and methods
Knowledge of main continuous improvement tools
Proficient in English and French, both spoken and written
Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio) and Power BI
Available for short-term travel to other BBA offices
**Asset**: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt)
