This may be a fit for you as our brand new location is seeking a full-time Parts Manager to join the Team

**Position Overview**:
As a Parts Manager, you will be responsible for running an efficient and profitable parts department. You will operate the department at maximum production while controlling costs, maintaining inventory records, building a loyal clientele, fostering a positive work environment and meeting financial and safety objectives.

**What we are seeking in YOU**:

- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of dealership experience in parts or inventory management is required
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Dealership Parts Manager is also required
- Superior coaching and leadership abilities, whilst leading a small parts team
- Exceptional organization & interpersonal skills and meticulous record keeping
- Possess strong initiative and continuously seeking improvement in all daily processes etc.
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities
- Able to listen, understand and communicate professionally with all customers, both external and internal
- Maintain a high customer satisfaction percentage rating at all times
- Commitment to enhance the company culture and promote a strong team work environment
- Able to develop, create and execute on approved department budgets
- Valid Ontario G-class driver's license
- Reynolds and Reynolds dealership management system experience is an added bonus
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends

**What YOU will be doing**:

- Ensure Parts departments on target growth and profitability
- Conduct a full inventory count on a bi-annual basis
- Understand and ensure compliance with all OEM and vendor policies for warranty
- Compose daily, weekly and monthly reports for the General Manager, as needed
- Review parts sales reports, lost sales, open quotes and invoices, cycle counts and price overrides daily
- Ensure the inventory management system is being reviewed daily and managed to achieve company objectives
- Engage with the Service department daily in order to assist each department in meeting and exceeding departmental and Company objectives
- Meet monthly performance & forecast objectives
- Project a positive attitude for the benefit of our customers and fellow employees
- Ensure that employees work in the manner and with the protective devices, measures, and procedures required by the _OHSA_ and regulations
- Other duties as assigned and as prescribed by Management
