**Role Summary**

We are looking for a professional Sales Person who is serious about creating relationships and developing long term partnerships with targeted prospects while supporting and growing the current accounts in their territory. This role will be accountable for sales on North American West Coast. This includes British Columbia and Alberta in Canada as well as Washington, Oregon and California in the USA.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute strategies to aggressively secure new sales/distribution of Megapro products
- Focused on Targets and exceeding expectations
- Strategically plan and organize the work and travel schedule for efficiency and effectiveness, travelling as often as required to achieve goals
- Stay on top of industry and market trends and identify possible opportunities for sales growth
- Understanding of the market and key influencers
- Monitor sales versus forecasts and implement initiatives and action plans to correct any deficiencies
- Ability to really get to know clients to be able to provide detailed customer feedback for continuous improvement of products, processes and customer service
- Provide ‘end to end’ sales and service to customers, from order generation through to after sales follow up and service
- Resolve customer issues in a timely, efficient, productive and professional manner
- Critical thinking and collaboration into the development of sales, marketing, promotional and pricing programs
- Assist in creation of effective product knowledge, training materials and presentations
- Deliver presentations and training to dealers and customers in person and virtually
- Ensure timely distribution of product, pricing, promotional, and sales materials
- Collaborate closely sales team and other divisions to innovate, solve problems, share best practices, and promote teamwork
- Attend industry trade shows and events as required, which will involve travel on some weekends
- Display a high level of professionalism and always act in alignment with the company’s values

**Experience & Skills Required**
- Minimum 5 years B2B/B2C customer-centric Business Development or Sales
- Experience, in a related industry considered an asset
- Proven track record of sales/business development in a high growth environment
- Relentlessly driven to seek new business with a sense of urgency
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
- Strong strategic thinking, presentation, negotiation and closing skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Proficiency using CRM software (Zoho is an asset)
- Proficient in general cloud computing and Office 365
- Ability to work both autonomously and in a team environment
- High level of integrity and a commitment to do what you say you are going to do
- Must be able to travel to the USA.
