**Dealer Requirements**:

- A brick-and-mortar retail showroom in an open Coast Spas territory is required.
- Brand Ambassador must be willing to display Coast Spas branded point-of-purchase materials in retail showroom.
- Coast Spas Brand Ambassador agrees with Coast Spas internet policies and Coast Spas products must maintain a prominent position on dealer’s website.
- Coast Spas Brand Ambassador must commit to attend sales, technical service and management training.
