In this
**Project Manager** position, you will be responsible for the financial planning, resourcing, and coordination of labour and material requirements for project planning and execution. You will act as a resource person for internal and external clients, maintaining ongoing collaboration throughout the project. In addition, you will be able to ensure the quality, financial performance, and timely delivery of the team's projects. Given our approach, you will be required to travel to meet with clients, to evaluate and monitor projects.

**Your day will look like this**:

- Establish project objectives and scope in accordance with contractual and functional specifications and identify key stakeholders
- Develop the work plan, budget, resource allocation, schedule and deliverable estimates, risk registry, and prepare the timeline for all phases of the project
- Establish and maintain strong communication links with clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
- Validate labour and supply costs required for the project and adjust forecasts accordingly
- Identify and evaluate risks and make proposals to avoid or reduce their impact

**Your profile**:

- University degree or college diploma in project management, engineering, or a relevant field
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience as a PMP certified PM in either a technical or construction project management or another related field
- Diligence and rigor in documenting meeting minutes, efficiently managing the RFI process, producing thorough walkdown reports, internal memos, Gantt charts, RACI and tracking tasks with project management tools
- High-level communication skills, capable of articulating complex project details with precision and clarity to diverse stakeholders
- Proficiency in 3rd party audits, comprehensive review of standards and regulations, adept at gap analysis, and knowledgeable in building and safety codes
- Expertise with human factors, cybersecurity a strong asset
- Knowledge of EMC/EMI and dielectric testing an asset
- Demonstrated leadership and the ability to take initiative
- Strive for excellence in meeting tight deadlines and work independently
- Ability to adapt easily to change and make decisions quickly.
