**Job Summary**:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing Infinity’s day-to-day post-production activities to ensure the successful completion of client projects. The Project Manager is customer serviced focused and is an effective communicator. We are looking for someone who is hands-on, a team player, who is proactive and looks forward to daily challenges.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for providing direction to all departments to ensure successful completion of projects
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manages entire life cycle of a project from preproduction through to final delivery and archive.
- Schedule resources and staff as required
- Receive, track and follow-up on elements required for delivery: i.e.: stock shots, sound, cc files, VFX elements, delivery methods, or requirements
- Ensure on time delivery of projects/promos according to post schedules and requests
- Manages project budgets and ensures timely and accurate invoicing, and monitors receivables.
- Track overages, changes, fixes and communicate them to the client
- Prepare and revise quotes as required
- Follow up on new inquiries for services/quotes
- Receive, log, and track hard drives, and LTOs, in and out of the facility
- Oversee inventory and vaulted material
- Complete additional related duties as needed

**Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required**:

- Minimum of 3+ years experience in a Post-Production or VFX environment.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a post-production project management or project coordination role.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Able to plan, prioritize, and manage competing priorities as well as meet deadlines.
- Highly organized with an extreme attention to detail.
- An understanding of post-production workflows for both feature and episodic, from dailies and off-line editorial, through to final mastering and delivery of picture and sound.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to exercise tact, discretion and judgment.
- Proficient use of programs and apps: MS Office, G-Suite and Shotgun
- Must be eligible to work in Canada

Pay: $70,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
