JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the Director of Product Management, the core responsibilities of the position are:
Product Strategy & Vision:

- Develop and maintain both a short term and long term product vision and strategy that aligns with our business goals and market needs.
- Define and prioritize product features based on business goals, customer feedback and technical feasibility.
- Engage in competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.

Roadmap & Execution:

- Create and manage the product roadmap, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.
- Design specifications, mock-ups, wireframes and “narratives” for development projects in assigned areas of the Jonas platform.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
- Coordinate product releases, including managing timelines, resources, and dependencies.
- Monitor and report on product performance and make data-driven decisions for improvements.

Product Lifecycle Management:

- Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch as well as post-launch performance.
- Define and track key product metrics, adjusting strategies and plans as needed.
- Continuously improve the product by managing iteration cycles and addressing issues as they arise.

Stakeholder Engagement:

- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure product success, including creating customer-facing documentation and collaborating with Marketing to create product launch plans.
- Gather and interpret feedback from users to ensure the product delivers exceptional value.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal teams on assigned products.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, including agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work within cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and launching products.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience with Jonas Construction Software or other Construction Accounting Software
- Experience in Construction industry
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA for project management.
- Strong technical background or understanding of product development processes.
