**Job Description**:
Are you a digital advertising dynamo? Join Go Auto, Canada's largest automotive dealer group, as a Specialist, DigAds, and become part of our fast-growing digital advertising team. We're on the hunt for a talented media buyer who loves creating, managing, analyzing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns across multiple channels for our dealerships nationwide. This is a Hybrid Position, enjoy the flexibility of working in office and in the comfort of your own home

As a Specialist, DigAds, you'll have the exciting opportunity to:

- Execute digital advertising strategies that align with our business goals and objectives.
- Improve and scale digital ad campaigns to maximize their impact.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.

To excel in this role, you should bring:

- The ability to analyze data and use it to inform decision-making and optimize campaign performance.
- Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.
- A proactive mindset, always on the lookout for opportunities to innovate and improve.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Proficiency in data analysis, with the capability to interpret and utilize data for campaign enhancements.
- Familiarity with setting up and managing tags, triggers, and variables in Google Tag Manager.
- The ability to translate Google Analytics data into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Proven experience in executing and optimizing digital advertising strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing ad creative and copy.
- Excellent communication skills for effective reporting and collaboration within the team.
- Awareness of current industry trends and emerging digital advertising tactics.
