Clinic Manager

The Clinic Manager is responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective daily operations of our clinic. This role will report directly to the Doctor. The primary role will be to introduce, implement and manage processes within the Clinic with respect to a variety of areas including Human Resources Management, Operations and Customer Service, financial management, marketing, social media and website activity.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Management of Human Resources:
- Supervise and lead all staff, including hiring, training, health and safety and office policies and procedures
- Plan and conduct all staff meetings
- Ensure staff training and education of all products, treatments and services
- Develop, implement and track all employee compensation programs.
- Operations and Customer Service:
- Consistently review and optimize overall operation of the clinic, employee working experience and the comforts of patients, seeking, recommending and implementing improvements
- Directly liaise with patients and vendors
- Sales, Marketing and Website:
- Develop and implement marketing budget
- Coordinate company promotions and other marketing activities and promotional materials to maximize the company’s position in the market.
- Responsible for website maintenance and social media marketing.
- Financials:
- Monitor and manage office financials, including expenses and revenue, inventory and payroll.
- Collaborate with bookkeeper and accountant.
- Administration:
- Coordinate in-house and off-site events including workshops, team building, staff functions and educational opportunities/conferences
- Setup and review contracts with service providers such as snow removal, website, suppliers etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key industry partners, including tracking of reimbursements and promotional opportunities and marketing assets, and equipment service including lasers.
- Oversee office technology needs
**Position Requirements** **and Competencies**
- Post-secondary education in business administration, marketing or commerce
- Minimum of 5 years working in office management
- Experience managing staff
- Demonstrated leadership ability
- Business and financial acumen
- Capability of developing strong relationships inside the clinic and with outside partners
- A proficiency in Windows Office, Quickbooks and POS retail systems.
- Experience and a general understanding of the medical aesthetic industry would be an asset.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
Work Location: In person
