Your role:

- Analyze information received on market events and write memos for investment advisors
- Collect, compile, and verify the accuracy of the varied and available data and reflect it in the client portfolios
- Identify all risk elements associated with a file or situation
- Analyze securities position and prepare accounting entries to reflect mandatory and optional reorganization events in client accounts
- Interact with the various sectors of the Bank and more experienced professionals in order to offer support in daily operations
- Identify the needs of stakeholders, identify the problem presented and adapt your interventions, while providing quality service
- We offer the opportunity to work remotely. This position reports to the Manager. You will collaborate daily with a team of several experts including Sectors Related Operations, Business Partners, Traders at different trading desks.Required skills:

- Three-year college or university degree or academic equivalent, and four years of relevant experience
- Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written if required in French and English
- Knowledge of securities and various financial products
- Ability to work under pressure and with tight deadlines
- Initiative, organization, speed, and precision

Preferred skills:

- Experience related to securities operations, desirable
- Knowledge of ISM, AS400, XSP, desirable
