Customer Experience Specialist

**Sales Generation**:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads and actively follow up on sales inquiries.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
**Client Relationship Management**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing personalized assistance and building long-term relationships.
- Consult with clients to understand their printing needs and recommend appropriate products and services.
- Provide accurate quotes, pricing information, and production timelines to clients.
**Order Management**:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and accurate fulfillment of client orders.
- Monitor order progress and proactively communicate updates to clients to keep them informed.
- Address any issues or concerns raised by clients and work to resolve them promptly and effectively.
**Customer Service**:
- Deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
- Anticipate client needs and provide proactive solutions to enhance their experience.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and courteously.
**Market Research and Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to the sales and marketing teams based on market intelligence.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in sales and customer service, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of the print industry and familiarity with printing processes, products, and terminology.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
