1. *Lead Generation*: Identify and target potential customers within designated geographical areas through research and local market knowledge.

2. *Customer Engagement*: Approach potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, engaging them in conversations about the restaurant's offerings.

3. *Product Knowledge*: Develop a deep understanding of the restaurant's menu, special promotions, and unique selling points to effectively communicate with potential customers.

4. *Sales Presentation*: Deliver compelling sales pitches to potential customers, highlighting the restaurant's value proposition and encouraging them to place orders.

5. *Order Management*: Accurately record and process customer orders, ensuring all relevant details are captured and relayed to the restaurant's kitchen staff for preparation.

6. *Relationship Building*: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

7. *Sales Targets*: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and goals, contributing to the restaurant's revenue growth.

8. *Route Planning*: Efficiently plan daily door-to-door sales routes to maximize productivity and optimize time management.

9. *Market Research*: Stay updated on local market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.

10. *Documentation and Reporting*: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, customer interactions, and sales outcomes. Provide regular reports to management.

11. *Feedback Integration*: Gather customer feedback and relay insights, suggestions, and concerns to the restaurant management team for continuous improvement.

12. *Customer Service*: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any issues or complaints promptly and professionally.

13. *Adherence to Policies*: Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including pricing, discounts, and payment collection.

14. *Payment Handling*: Safely handle cash, credit card payments, or other forms of payment in accordance with restaurant policies.

15. *Marketing Support*: Collaborate with the marketing team to distribute promotional materials and effectively communicate ongoing marketing campaigns to potential customers.

16. *Self-Motivation*: Maintain a high level of self-motivation and discipline to work independently and achieve sales targets.

17. *Safety Compliance*: Ensure personal safety while conducting door-to-door sales and adhere to any safety guidelines provided by the company.

18. *Record Keeping*: Keep accurate records of expenses related to door-to-door sales activities, such as travel and materials.

*Qualifications*:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Knowledge of the local area and customer demographics.
- Reliable transportation for door-to-door visits.
- Basic computer skills for order entry and reporting.
