**Responsibilities**:

- Design digital marketing strategy and benchmarks related to ABM campaigns, organic and paid search, retargeting, and affiliate channels
- Oversee sales enablement efforts, including development of collateral, value pitch decks, competitive and market intel, and case studies
- Own and support cross-functional alignment with leaders across the organization. Including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Success, and Product
- Partner with Revenue Operations to execute on shared goals and ensure full-funnel effectiveness
- Forge a strong relationship with sales including regular communication and service level agreement (SLA) between marketing and sales.
- Work with management to set overall strategy through analysis of historical data.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns using metrics such as leads, conversions, and bookings; track and report ROI for initiatives
- Monitor real estate industry trends and stay up-to-date on macro trends

**Qualifications**:

- Salesforce and Marketo experience **required.**:

- Real Estate industry or SAAS experience in a plus.
- Experience in digital advertising platforms such as Google, Facebook, Twitter, AdRoll, and Terminus a plus
- An appetite for growth and proven success driving a high volume of inbound lead generation.
- Clear, concise communication skills, particularly written communication, are a must.
- Proven ability to effectively execute integrated, streamlined marketing programs.
- Creative thinker that has the ability to bring new ideas to the table.
- Analytical in nature and you’re someone who is relentless about measuring all you do.
- Comfortable with analyzing and presenting data to internal and external teams.
