Vous êtes un analyste financier très rare qui peut être à la fois un partenaire commercial stratégique et un conseiller clé pour l'équipe de direction locale. Bien que vous soyez l’expert technique, vous savez également comment fonctionnent les entreprises et connaissez les politiques et pratiques actuelles et futures. Vous voyez les tendances et les informations affectant l’entreprise et l’organisation. Vous pouvez voir au-delà des chiffres et donner un aperçu de la manière dont ces chiffres affectent les opérations commerciales quotidiennes. Grâce à vos années d’expérience, vous savez comment fonctionnent les stratégies et les tactiques sur le marché.

Relevant du vice-président de Finances Canada, vous serez responsable de tous les aspects de l'information financière, de la planification et de l'analyse. Cela comprendra des rapports et des analyses financiers mensuels, agissant comme un trimestre en arrière des processus de planification et de prévision, des rapports de gestion et des KPI, des analyses financières, ainsi que d'autres composants de comptabilité générale pour soutenir l'entreprise.

**À propos du rôle**: - Préparer les rapports financiers de gestion mensuels pour les groupes opérationnels canadiens. - Gérer et produire les rapports financiers qui font partie du processus exécutif de rapport mensuel d'affaires (MBR). - Analyser et rapporter les réservations, les facturations et le carnet de commandes. - Identifier, rechercher et analyser les écarts, les performances réelles par rapport au plan ou à l'année précédente. - Diriger et faire partie intégrante du processus de planification financière annuelle. - Travailler avec l'équipe de direction pour établir des prévisions mensuelles glissantes. - Préparer une analyse approfondie des KPI. - Travailler main dans la main avec l'équipe Corporate FP&A pour assurer une transition fluide des données et des rapports entre les marques, les groupes opérationnels et l'organisation globale consolidée. - Soutenir l'équipe de direction en ce qui concerne les demandes et analyses ponctuelles de l'entreprise. - Soutenir la mise en œuvre de projets de finance et d'amélioration des affaires. - Toutes les autres tâches assignées **Expérience requise**: - 5 à 10 ans d'expérience en comptabilité (FP&A, reporting financier ou de gestion ou rôles équivalents) - Diplôme universitaire en Comptabilité/Administration des Affaires - Finance - CPA comptable agréé qualifié - Compétence analytique - Maîtrise de l'anglais puisque les principaux contacts de travail se trouvent à l'extérieur de la province de Québec. - Solides compétences en Excel et en manipulation de données - La connaissance de OneStream, SAP B1 et Prophet 21 est un atout
