Reporting to the Vice President of Finance Canada you will be responsible for all aspects of financial reporting, planning and analysis. This will include monthly financial reporting and analysis, acting as a quarter back to the planning and forecasting processes, management reporting and KPIs, financial analysis, as well as other general accounting components to support the business.

**About the Role**:

- Prepare monthly management financial reporting for the Canadian Operating Groups.
- Manage and produce the financial reporting that is part of the executive Monthly Business Reporting (MBR) process.
- Analyze and report bookings, billings and backlog.
- Identify, research and analyze variances, actual performance versus plan or prior year.
- Lead and be an integral part of the annual financial planning process.
- Work with the leadership team to report rolling monthly forecasts.
- Prepare in-depth analysis of KPIs.
- Work hand
- in-hand with the Corporate FP&A team to ensure smooth transition of data and reporting between Brands, Operating Groups and the overall consolidated organization.
- Support the leadership team with respect to ad-hoc corporate requests and analysis.
- Support the implementation of finance and business improvement projects.
- All other duties as assigned

**Required Experience**:

- 5 to 10 years of experience in accounting (FP&A, Financial or Management Reporting or equivalent roles)
- University degree in Accounting / Business Administration - Finance
- Qualified Chartered Account CPA
- Analytically proficient
- Fluent in English as primary working contacts are outside of the province of Quebec
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Knowledge of OneStream, SAP B1 and Prophet 21 are an asset
