**Position Summary**:
Reporting to the Clinical Manager, the Program Supervisor provides leadership and supervision to professionals working in interdisciplinary teams supporting community and intensive programs and services. Our compassionate and experienced staff provide high quality mental health treatment to children with complex social, emotional, and mental health needs using a trauma informed approach. The Program Supervisor will have a strong commitment to quality and will help build a responsive system for children and families requiring mental health treatment and support. Active involvement in the agency’s overall functioning is expected to ensure that the agency philosophy and policies are effectively implemented.

**Education/Training/Experience**:

- Community College Diploma in Child & Youth Work or a 3-year University degree in Social Science
- Five years of direct child counseling experience in mental health services
- One year of supervisory experience (an asset)
- Member in good standing with a regulatory college in Ontario or the ability to register with a regulatory college in Ontario preferred.
- Proven interpersonal skills in verbal and written communication.
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Outlook, etc.)
- Experience with case management software
- Experience in leading teams and implementing human resource policies and practices in a unionized environment.
- Experience in change management, and quality improvement
- Knowledge and experience in program planning, design, and evaluation (an asset)
- French-English proficiency or other languages (an asset)
- Specialized training in a variety of treatment modalities that are consistent and integrated within Vanier’s Service Delivery Framework (an asset)
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle

**Salary**: $55,183.00-$65,795.00 per year
