**Assignment Description**
This role would work for the Travel Services Team & be responsible for the following tasks & more:
- Travel booking to & from site
- Communicating with Contractors & Companies that provide logistics services
- Being the main point of contact for the business to complete Urgent & timely travel requests.
- Inputting data Accurately into excel spreadsheets
**Qualifications Required**
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Effective Communication
- Time Management for Urgent Requests
- Ability to work well under pressure
**Duration**
1 Year (With Possibility of Extension)
**Location/Shift Schedule**
- Work from Home (Within Calgary Area, you will be required to come into the office form time to time)
- Shift Schedule will be between these hours: Mon-Fri 6AM - 9PM & Sat & Sun 6AM - 2PM. (You will work a 40 hour work week and work various shifts, but must be available for shifts within these hours)
