**About the Job**
- Creation of samples requested by the sales team, and creating content (pictures, videos, technical spec. sheets) for those samples.
- Testing various materials (conductive inks and substrates).
- Troubleshooting of hardware.
- Communicating and collaborating with sales, marketing, software and customer support

**About You**
- Aptitude for clearly presenting data and summarizing results to be shared both internally and with customers
- Drive to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, documentation, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and roadblocks.
- An understanding of the fundamentals of engineering and the scientific method.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work.

**Nice to Haves**
- CAD Experience (Solidworks, EAGLE, AutoCAD)
- Material science knowledge
- Some programming knowledge (Javascript, Node, Python, C++)
- An understanding of how 3D printers’ function, and the ability to troubleshoot problems that arise
- Arduino programming
- Test design experience
- Data analysis experience

**Working Conditions**
- Works full time out of our office in Waterloo
