**Appliance Sales Operations Coordinator**

**Appliance Sales Operations Coordinator** will help keep our newest business moving. They enable all parties involved in an appliance sales to operate at their best. They play a vital role in key administrative functions with order management, customer communication, delivery operations, and other day-to-day activities that help our team succeed.
**Responsibilities**:
- General sales operation administration work for both professional contractor sales and retails sales including but not limited to order change(s) follow-up, appliance vendor claims, delivery partner liaison, reverse logistics oversight, and sales associate point of contact.
- Promptly completes ad hoc & daily tasks, inventory movements, sales
review, and schedules/reschedules certain deliveries & returns.
- Communicates information and priorities to associates, and partners, and
ensures they have the direction and tools needed to complete their tasks
- Assists the Appliance Sales Manager with reporting, day-to-day
management, oversight, and performance management
- Handles associate and customer concerns in a fair and professional
manner
**Requirements**:
- University degree or 2 years’ experience in a related field
- Is organized and able to manage changing priorities
- Safety mindset
- Change agent with ability to implement process improvement
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Can handle confidential information in a way that builds trust
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to leverage technology for project management, analysis, reporting,
and problem solving
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Halifax, NS B3S 1C9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
**Experience**:
