**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor and analyze internal costs and market trends in order to uncover sourcing and supplier consolidation opportunities
- Partner with internal leadership and internal business units in order to establish sourcing strategies
- Identify potential projects to deliver changes and cost improvements to the business
- Improve internal procurement practices through establishing best-in-class procurement methods, business models for evaluating supplier proposals and standard document templates
- Seek proposals from suppliers, conduct commercial and contractual negotiations and contribute to the overall improvement of procurement practices at Eastlink
- Establish key performance indicators, monitor performance and improve performance against set goals
- Ensure supplier relationship management plans are established and implemented following agreement implementation
- Identify and manage risk within the supply chain
