**Responsibilities**:

- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on a variety of bicycles, including road bikes, mountain bikes, hybrids, and electric bikes.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and troubleshoot problems with brakes, gears, chains, bearings, wheels, and other components.
- Conduct comprehensive safety checks to identify potential hazards and ensure that all bicycles meet industry standards and regulations.
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate accessories, components, and upgrades for their bikes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, offering advice, and recommending maintenance schedules to prolong the lifespan of products.
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, parts inventory, and service appointments.
- Keep work area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary tools and supplies.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in bicycle technology, tools, and techniques through training and professional development opportunities.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of service orders.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a bicycle or an E-bike mechanic or technician, preferably in a retail or service-oriented environment.
- In-depth knowledge of bicycle components, maintenance procedures, and repair techniques.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and precision in workmanship.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with computerized point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
- Passion for cycling and a commitment to promoting a healthy and active lifestyle.
- Certification from a recognized bicycle mechanic training program (desirable but not required).
