Cleaner / Groundskeeper

HUME Investments owns and operates a large inventory of quality rental apartments, condos, townhouses and other luxury properties in British Columbia, Ontario, Washington and California. All of our properties are managed independently by Hume Investments Ltd. We are looking for an individual who is detail-oriented, has excellent communication skills, and is able to work independently.

**Responsibilities**:

- Clean laundry room areas and floors.
- Clean hallways and stairwells.
- Clean windows and mailboxes.
- Clean rugs, carpets, and floors.
- Remove trash and recycling.
- Sweep, vacuume, mop, dusting, glass cleaning, surface cleaning.
- Debris and trash removal from parking lot and grounds.
- Grounds maintenance, minor tree and bush trimming, lawns etc.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required
