The location in Montreal, (Quebec, Canada), is seeking talent to fill the position of **Financial Analyst**. This job is full-time permanent.

**Your challenges**:
The financial analyst will play a crucial role in supporting financial planning, analysis, and decision-making processes within the organization. Reporting to the Manager, Financial Analysis, the financial analyst will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing data, and preparing reports.

**Your responsibilities**:
Financial planning and forecasting : Collaborate with different departments to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models;
Financial analysis : Conduct comprehensive financial analyses, including variance analysis. Identify trends, opportunities, and risks to support strategic decision-making;
Reporting : Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders. Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely;
Ad-hoc analysis : Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and special projects as needed;
Compliance and risk management : Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies;
Identify potential financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them;
Interfunctional collaboration : Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including accounting and operations.

**Your profile**:
Bachelor's degree in business administration or accounting (CPA an asset);
Three to five years of experience as a financial analyst or in a similar role, preferably in a manufacturing environment;
Excellent written and verbal skills in both official languages;
Rigor and attention to detail;
Analytical and problem-solving skills;
Results-oriented with a strong team spirit;
Very good practical knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL (pivot tables, complex formulas).
