**Your future duties and responsibilities**
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Minimum 3-5 years hands-on experience designing OpenText Exstream report templates.
- Experience in Requirement Gathering and Analysis.
- Experience with Agile development (SCRUM, Kanban, etc.)
- Experience working within an Agile project team.
- Ability to perform cross-functional tasks quickly.
- Ability to balance work on multiple projects and collaborate closely with other development teams.
- Knowledge of SDLC Methodologies
- Ability to work independently and with others.
- Extremely organized with strong time-management skills
- Ability to impact operations and effect change in a collaborate manner
- Detail oriented, analytical and inquisitive
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal & presentation.
- Excellent documentation skills
- Strong facilitation & negotiation skills
- Ability to collaborate & influence stakeholders at varying levels within the organization.
- Able to work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Agile project methodology and tools such as Confluence and Jira.
